That is not correct. Customers can have a measured line and dsl. The issue is that IMA is incorrectly reporting the line type. More than likely due to the line class changes that were made on this customers account. Customers can have a line sharing agreement with a clec and a measured line from Qwest. It needs to be escalated to the group that handles orders for clec's. If you find no success PM me with your number.
