FireFox & SBC Protection Suite & Yahoo Music, Etc.

I'm just wondering if there is any way to get the SBC Protection Suite installed/used on a system with Mozilla Firefox. Every time I try, I get the message Firefox is not support. I just tried to use the SBC Yahoo Music (Launchcast?) and received a similar message.

Do I need to switch back to Internet Explorer, or would simply installing the software with IE allow everything to work with Firefox? Since they are included in my monthly fee, I thought I'd like to try them. (I have mentioned that I'm cheap in the past, haven't I?)

Thanks for any tips and hints!

All you have to use IE for is to install the software. It will work fine after that using any browser you want.

The Launchcast player relies on Windows Media Player, Macromedia Flash, and Internet Explorer Web browser to play the music, no stand alone desktop player application is available.

Thanks! I'll use IE to install the suite and give it a try.

Thanks for the reply. I was afraid of that. I have everything on my system, but I haven't been using IE for months now. I guess I'll use it to try the Launchcast player. I do wish Yahoo would think about adding support for Firefox as Firefox seems to be gathering more and more users.

Again, thanks!

You can listen to launchcast in yahoo music engine. But it does have IE embedded.
