Bell Canada → Speedstream 6520 reset problems

Having problems with the router, reset it using the reset button on the bottom. Waited for the lights to finish flashing and power up. Keep getting the username and password window and nothing I put in works. Any idea's.

The secret is to NOT wait for the lights to stop flashing

Hold the reset in until the power light starts flashing
While it is still flashing, let go of the reset switch

Works every time
