That's should have up to 40Gb burstable..

I think Valve said that they are able to purchase additional bandwidth on the fly.

 Yay, my thread made the news!

I think it's really nice of Valve to keep so many servers up with that much bandwidth and not have to charge players any sort of monthly fee!
