Well, it depends on the situation......My AC went out last Thursday and I couldn't get any of the big AC companies to come out, they were backed up....my neighbor works for the City and he called a friend of his that works on the side repairing AC's.....He called and said he couldn't come over until Friday at the earliest.
Well the temps here run around 100 every day so I open all the windows and turned on all my ceiling fans, He called and said he was on his way thursday night and told me my circuit board had blown out and he didn't have the part so he wired around the board to get my AC working. I gave him a 50 dollar tip for him and his partner and they came back Saturday and replaced the circuit board.....:):):) SATASI
