All,
The SB3100, SB4100, and SB4101 needed to have their Digital Certificates updates. This was required to run with BPI+. This feature is part of DOCSIS 1.1. In order to get your modem upgraded to DOCSIS 1.1 the Digitial Certificates had to be updated on the modem. This is what you are seeing in the modem logs. No concerns needed. |

| Ahh, so I was right; the same thing that happened when we tried to enable BPI+ happened to you guys. Kudos to our engineers for field testing the firmware updates before pushing it to every CMTS...

join:2005-09-26 Park Ridge, IL | So, I've noticed that my modem is still using DOCSIS 1.0, and I think this is the reason I keep disconnecting every 30 minutes or so.
How do I update to DOCSIS1.1 ? |
