|  [HELP] Need help with 2611 router. Cant Ping Internally
Hello, I was wondering if someone has a suggestion of what I could do to remedy my current issue. I have a 2611 router that was used. When I had received it, I was prompted a username and password. I ended up using password recovery procedures and was able to get into the router. So I then try to ping my two ethernet interfaces, and was unsuccessful. I have been trying different methods, but have been stumped. I have another 3640 router. I ended up configuring all the interfaces on that and was able to ping locally. So I would really appreciate any suggestions anyone might have. Thanks  |

Apo, AE | Thanks for the reply. I have figured out what exactly I did wrong. I still needed to have my ethernet interface up up, before I could ping locally. Thanks for your time. |
