I removed the submission link from the original post as it is against the forum rules for individuals or companies to ask for samples. We request that our members submit the sample simultaneously to most major companies using the links here: Submit suspected Malware or by posting it in our Malware Archive which is frequented by AV and AT vendors.

Thanks for heads up. You've got to like this kind of combative malware-spyware that will format your computer, next, if you dare to remove it. Hope it is found soon.

We have been receiving reports about a new variant of SpySheriff; according to users, a rather nasty strain which deletes Ad-Aware, Spybot and possibly other Anti-Spyware / Antirvirus software. As yet, we have failed to obtain samples of this malware to perform an analysis upon, but are working actively with the community to get hold of these and analyze them as soon as possible and get them added to our detection database. If you suspect you have a new variant of SpySheriff, please zip up any and all installer files, or files you suspect are related to this software, and submit them and please state where you believe you may have been infected, plus any additional information you believe is relevant to the problem.

Link removed. Please see my post below for submission links. -- WCB!
