Orange, CA | How do you turn on SSID ?
I have SBC/YAHOO DSL. I was messing with "home" page and somewhere along the line I turned off SSID broadcast. Now I can't turn it back on and I can't use the laptop with a wireless adapter. How do I turn on ssid broadcast ? |

How do I get there ? Can you tell me step by step how to even get to that point. Sorry I am not real familiar.

| Open your browser and type http: //homeportal in the Address bar and hit Enter. This should get you into the 2wire's interface.
Click on the Home Network icon at the top of the page.
Click on Wireless Settings in the menu bar under the 2wire logo.
You'll see the checkbox to Enable SSID broadcast. Check it and click the Save button and you should be back in business. |
