| can't access email messages in thunderbird
my friend is trying to access his email from thunderbird, useing his sbcglobal.net sub-account but keeps getting the message "the RETR command did not seceed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com responded: problem retrieving message." his wife's sub-account is working just fine in the same mail client. checked the mail servers and they are correct, as showing pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com and smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com. outside of thunderbird he can access his email from any web browser. his OS is window's xp. any idea's as to why he'd be getting the error and not is wife if their useing the same email client?
