The UN can't run anything without turning it into a disaster. ICANN already has international membership and doesn't need UN involvement or interference. Global government is a bad idea whose time should never come.
Ha ha, I am from the states and I don't think the UN is useless, its not perfect but I would actually not mind if the UN shared some of the power, you must be one of those fanitic american. Get a life, its not only not perfect here, its not that incredible either and yes I have lived and visited other places.
