You want want crappy newsservers, go to SBC where the messages never even show up. Seriously, the answer is simple. If you want it free, download once-a-day. Honestly, if there were a free binary server available, nobody would be stupid enough to post the address here. The server would be flooded from all the extra traffic which means no bunnies them.
