redglobe , I fully disagree with you to 'go easy on them'. The questions and comments I've read so far are very pertinent to someone deciding to take up their service. After you've subscribed, parted with your hard earn cash and then got no response from them like this, will you 'go easy on them'?

Ha ha ha I do take it easy sometime (anger management?), but at the same time collect all the reports/anger/frustration in one "sempit" box. Then let its explode, sometime people may change after/toward this. If that happens you can see me, well, I'm working in medical environment so (in matter of facts my boss is Psychiatrist Lol) then let war upon them.

They start big with the usual hoo hah and then died down and slipped into oblivion.
These are the companies that really donno what they doing and I think many instances already in Malaysia. Look at Maxis, Time, what happened to their wireless broadband rollout? Jaring also plagued by ever consistent network problems since their launch.
Claim to do is one thing, doing it well is another. So, are we still want to complain about Streamyx? I think we are lucky to have something tangible now to rely on. |

My suggestion to you.
1. Put up your 'package' plan as well as coverage area in easy to navigate page. Do note that many customer who are going for broadband service will rather 'surf' rather than call. You coverage area need to be a little specific as to which area or housing area.
2. Create a little 'FAQ' online rather than ask people to call. It will save your company on customer support as well as pleased the customer with fast answer available online.
3. Clearly specify your terms and agreement for the package offered. i.e 1 year contract, 70% best effort bandwidth etc
4. Put an email where they can contact your customer support, and be sure to respond to the enquiry within 3 working days. If you are unable to respond soon, just inform the customer that you've received the email and will get back to them soon. No one likes to wait forever not knowing whether the email they send have reach the intended recipient or not.
5. Please revamp your website to include basic html webpage as well rather than just give the option of flash based website. And do include SITEMAP. Your website is very difficult to browse and it annoys most of your 'potential' customer.
