Think this has anything to do with the talks that Microsoft is wanting to aquire AOL/Time Warner, so they can compete more with Google? Maby Level 3 thinks that they should charge AOL/TimeWarner for using their services. It would be funny if Level 3 started implementing DRM with their "peers". |
