RR will simply update their routing tables to word "around" the problem and they'll probably do this quickly.

FWIW, someone in Wisconsin has ran into a routing problem because of this, »[TWC] Roadrunner blocking site? .

I have ran into a routing problems also. 2 of the sites i visit i cant connect to and both fail after the same hop.

same issues here...4 sites (3 in WI, 1 in MN) previously able to connect to a cogent ip went down around 4:50am central and haven't been able to connect since
