I have been testing settings as well, i use the 4100. Long story short use firmware 1.4 turn off unused ALG's like pptp, aol, vpn, netmeeting, and l2tp. Gamefuel on auto classification, upload speed set manually, explicit rules set for games (BF2). I get full bandwidth through the router, with local speed tests to my isp. Game ping times are excellent. You can try turning on UPNP for bittorrent, i have before and it works well. I have done probe tests with upnp enabled the router will not respond to requests to upnp from the internet it has to be started on your side of the firewall. |
