How come it takes 1 to 2 hours to load up the tv guide? I always have to use the bottom controllers to scroll through channels the slow way. When I click Guide all that happens is my box remote lite just blinks. |

| It's a DVR? Check that the output is set up properly for your type of tv. If you have a standard def TV, set it for 480i. High def, 720p or 1080i. You accomplish this by turning the box off and pressing 'menu'. If nothing comes up on the TV, use the led on the box. Left and right to change the setting, up and down select the next option. You'd be looking for the one that says 'YPbPr' and '4:3'.
If you have a standard def box, you just need a panel reset as described on other threads here in the past. |
