It happened to me recently with my HSI account when I moved. When I tried to connect from my new location using my username and password, the lady at the other end of the phone was like, 'oh that belongs to someone else, you'll have to choose a diff account'. It took a full 5 mins before she understood that the 'someone else' was infact me who was simply trying to transfer the account to a new location!!!
I was actually thinking of signing up for digital cable since it has BBC America included for the lowest level of programming package they have. Now after your issue, I'm having second thoughts. |
