now the lady on the phone said I didn't need to fill out that little card on the bill thats for questions about that type of stuff... should I fill it out and mail it anyways?

why your credit card company so picky? as I posted, I called my Case card. they immediately gave me money back and cancelled my credit card. of course,they will issue me a new one. there is no paper work at all...

I would accept that explanation initially and wait, They may also send you a form in the mail within a few days. If for any reason your account is not credited fully within a reasonable time, then file the dispute in writing within the 60 day period. Hopefully by now, these related group of scams have hit the banking systems radar, if not we are all in a heap of trouble. A whole lot of money has been flying out of these scammers merchant accounts for over 5 weeks now.

In fact, it has been reported on here that some of the more astute Banks rejected the foreign originating charges outright upon receipt, or contacted the customer immediately, as it triggered their security threshold.
