If for any reason your account is not credited fully within a reasonable time, then file the dispute in writing within the 60 day period. Hopefully by now, these related group of scams have hit the banking systems radar, if not we are all in a heap of trouble. A whole lot of money has been flying out of these scammers merchant accounts for over 5 weeks now.
In fact, it has been reported on here that some of the more astute Banks rejected the foreign originating charges outright upon receipt, or contacted the customer immediately, as it triggered their security threshold.
