i use newsgrup, and was wondering if there's a monthly download limit with sbc dsl.

I believe it is completely unlimited, Hitachi uses them and I'm sure we've all seen his download amounts.

They don't have a limit, but they are capped at 384kb/s most of the time.

No, but...their NNTP binary groups leave much to be desired. Poor retention and completion. They don't carry a lot of groups the downloaders favor, as well.
