 Trojan..please help!!

Okay, I had the Trojan.Vundo thing, but i believe Spy Sweeper cleared it out, because the file it was on is gone. Now, spy sweeper has found something called trojan-download-conhook and it can't remove it!! also, symantec and ad aware doesn't catch it when they run scans. Can someone please help me!!!
