The trick is to make sure that you can update the VPI and VCI settings. If I remember correctly, it's 32 and 0 for Qwest.
Close. It's VPI 0, VCI 32, with a few exceptions for certain ISPs- for AOL (eww) customers it's 0.35; can't remember if Earthlink is the same or not. Probably 99% of Qwest ADSL customers are going to be set at 0.32 though.
