Re: DGL-4300 and bittorrent

i wish i had all you ppl, that get it working, here to help me. this router is no different than my di604 for stability when dling torrents. it's really disappointing for me.

i've tried tweaking every router setting and every azureus setting. the connection only dies at random times when dling relatively fast. there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason for it.

I had a situation similar in which torrents would lock up my network. Figured out that the problem was a particular NIC in my network -- it just didn't like dealing with a lot of connections, which is one of the things that happens when one is Torrenting.

You may wish to see if one of your NICs (rather than the router) is the problem. Perhaps a different NIC driver may fix the issue.
