I just wish they would hurry up and announce something either way. |

| reply to raedwa01 Kinda funny that they just started this whole campaign about being in the community and making things better, using the argument that they're not a huge company blahblah.
Either way, for most regions things probably wont change much, since even IF insight get bought out, the buying party still has the monopoly in many areas. |

| reply to raedwa01 just make things more afforable that is all I ask. Why is it that for plus service you have to pay 90% of your regular service to get 2down and 128 more up! | reply to raedwa01 Just to stir the pot a bit more...I saw a Comcast truck in Champaign this past week...Dunno if this person was sub-contracted for a bit and just drives around with "Comcast" all over his truck or what, LOL. |

@insightBB.com | reply to raedwa01 A little birdie told me to day that the Comcast/Insight Deal will not be a full buy out but just a shift in different properties.......... Meaning that some properties that are now insight are going to be Comcast, and so and so forth |

I've been seeing SBC trucks with big spools of thick orange wire. I couldn't get a good look, but they were doing some digging over by the train tracks northwest of downtown champaign. |

@insightBB.com | insight going private has nothing to do with your local council, Your Local town council does not have to be notified, they only have to be notified if insight sells to another cable company and even then they will not need any type of approval |

That's why they are in trouble here. |

It doesn't serve the customer well at all. |
