[Wireless] Can't access Linksys WCG200

This is driving me nuts. Linksys has been no help, so I'm asking strangers now..

The problem is I can't access this damn router (Wireless WCG200-CC). When I try to get to the login page with my IP it just doesn't work. Firefox tells me "The connection was refused" and IE let's me know the page can't be displayed.

I've reset this thing, and made sure there are no firewalls/other nonsense on, but just don't know what to do. Agh.. Please help.
