I use NOD32 and love it. The official support forum is just across the street at the Wilder's security forum. Folks that are NOD32 experts hang out there, and the NOD32 company folks show up often and are always in the background to assist users. Many security products seem hard to configure, but a thread in a security forum can quickly resolve those minor details.
