Has anyone in the Dayton area noticed the Comcast commercials? I saw it on channel 7 last night. I am wondering if they are moving into the area. |

| What time was it on ?? If it was during primetime, i.e. 8pm to 11pm, it's more likely a network (CBS) advertisement vs a WHIO one.
I do think there's some Comcast areas around Dayton, but they're small pockets. I want to say somewhere north of Cincy... |

There are no areas close that are comcast I know of. We have from Dayton to Bowling Green. I believe Buckeye Cable has the area North of there. Toledo etc... |

I saw a comcast ad here in Houston and we don't have them we all know TWC is it here .I bet its because the baseball games that we are seeing them |

Well, that sucks if they are network ads. I had never seen them before. Competition would be nice.
When I see another one I'll take note of the time. But I can tell you it was during prime time hours. Now that I think about it, it may have been NBC because I was watching Law & Order CI. |

In the game of dallas vs eagles they were showing comcast commercials beause dallas is under comcast  if you were watching a sports game where both teams are out of town this is bound to happen |

I'm here on Cablevision's turf in New York City. At times, we'll see commercials with Time Warner promoting their Road Runner and Digital Cable service; and vice-versa.
Verizon is also the local telecom for our city, and from time to time, we'll see BellSouth (just happened last week) promoting their Fast Access DSL service; and SBC has done it just about five or six times since August, I believe.
