Security Update for IE(KB896688)

I installed the following security update from microsoft on Tues(10/11/05): "Cumulative Security Update for IE for WindowsXP (KB896688)" On wednesday the following day, I opened Microsoft Update to see if I had installed all of the Critical/High Priorty Updates available, and Microsoft Update showed that I needed to install KB896688 again. I opened the Control Panel and looked into the add/remove programs and it is showing that KB896688 is already installed. On thursday the same thing happened and also today. I'm guessing Microsoft Update is just missing that I already have this update installed and I don't need to reinstall it if it is showing it is already on my system. Anyone else having this problem?

There was a minor revision made to that update (v1.1) on Oct. 12th. »Microsoft Security Bulletin Minor Revisions
