ya it sure does look like you have a signal problem so you might want to try and eliminate spliters or check all your cable connections. If that doesnt work it might be time to request a truck roll from comcast. I can tell you that Power Level 55.0 dBmV of is definately high. I had mine get up to 53 on upstream side then my sb5100 modem could no longer connect. We had to have a tech come out and replace some spliters and conections from the street on in to fix the problem.
