Anyone that is using the MyPhoneCompany BYOD plan noticing any weird echo issues lately? I am also getting audio that goes up and down in volume on calls.
The echo seems to come and go. I will be talking on the phone and everything will be great, then all of a sudden I get this really loud blast of echo back then all is good again. I have run ping plotter to the sipmnedia server while on the phone, and am not seeing any latency changes that would make a difference. I see one to 5 ms changes, but I see those when the audio is good.
If I move to a Voicepulse Connect SIP connection using the exact same setup. The calls are great. -- FWD#: 223611 |

join:2001-04-29 Central Cali | I have not noticed any echo with my MPC BYOD service. Does your TA have 2 lines ? Try switching the phone line. Is your phone a 2 line phone ? I know sometimes line 2 on my phone will have an echo regardless of the provider I may be using. |

MPC--Internet--Comcast--cable modem--astaro firewall--asterisk--mediatrix 2102--home phone
All codecs are G711u and all protocols are SIP.
