Maybe the best thing is to get together several small resellers and rent some hosting and softswitch, and to get good quality/low rates, this with volume can be acomplished.
I use 70,000 minutes a month, with several others can add some interesting amount of calls. All prepaid so no problem collectind past due bills. |

Try TelaSIP.com. It's $40 per trunk for unlimited calling. DIDs are $1. You can read more on Nerd Vittles. And TelaSIP uses the Level 3 backbone, just like the Big Boys. |

Thank you, with varphonex the thing is, they are kind of expensive, like 2 cents per minute to USA, I am looking something like 1 cent to USA, I think the volume, 70,000 a month is not great, but is like having 50 residential customers or some more. But the idea is to be someone like varphonex with lower rates. Thanks for the link. |

I don't see why not. Actually, I think there are already calling card resale programs that charge you 1.5 cents a minute (US) and you can charge whatever you want per minute and the difference is your margin of profit. I'll look for where I found that. They're routing their calls over SIP.
Or you could always "roll-your-own" solution with Asterisk/SER and some back-end custom coding. |

I'm actually looking into resale options also for a local ISP. If anyone knows which others are available please post.
Also, please try to include if the resale company allows the provider to provision and supply their own equipment, their own DID trunks, etc.
I'd like to ideally resell for a while (year or two) until I have enough business where the ROI makes sense to deploy my own equipment (Asterisk+harware+PRI's, etc.)

| I already have 15 customers, and they are calling in total of 70,000 minutes a month, and increasing every month. My customers pay per minute, all prepaid, no unlimited plans.
I need a provider that can give me support for CDRs in webpage, so my customers can check their calls, also I need to set up my own selling rates, DTMF tones detection, any link or comments on providers will be greatly appreciated.
