This really isn't an Insight problem per say. It's a Motorola issue. I've not had time to check any other forums to see if everyone is reporting similar problems as many of us in this forum have reported. But I think the general consensus is that a Motorola firmware update screwed some things up. I think it has been posted that a fix is supposed to be on the way.
I've seen many odd issues with this box the past few weeks. Stuff has occurred that we didn't see when we first got it at our old house. And things that had run smooth since getting it setup in our new home. Are no longer running as smooth as they once did. But most of the problems have been kind of hit and miss.
