Problem with MP3???

I have a Samsung YP-MT6 which I bought only a month ago. It wa working fine until the other day when I turned it on and it read 0.00MB and it ahd no songs on it. I hooked it up with the USB, double clicked Removable J and there are all my files. If I try to delete one of them, the computer stops responding, if I add a music file to it, it also freezes. I uninstalled it adn re-intalled ti and it still does it. I performed scans adn backups adn it still does it, also replaced the battery, someone please help!!!!
