| Sunrocket, how does number portablity work?
Hello, I've had sunrocket for 5 months now and would like to port my home number over to sunrocket. It never let's me do it online. I enter the correct info on the website and I get a message that says " This number is not eligible for transfer". I've had this number for 15 years and would like to keep it. Is there a reason why it won't transfer. I can't seem to figure it out and I am getting mixed answers from their customer service reps. Thanks |

| Hello,
I used the online form to port my sbc number to SR back in may-june 2005. It worked fine for me. I know it is a must that your information is copied exactly as it is on one of your bills from your current provider or else failure or delays will occur. Also, keep your bill that you copied information from until port is complete.
You can also try this form and see if it will work for you.
