Figured out that the problem was a particular NIC in my network -- it just didn't like dealing with a lot of connections, which is one of the things that happens when one is Torrenting.
You may wish to see if one of your NICs (rather than the router) is the problem. Perhaps a different NIC driver may fix the issue. |
