Yeah, its 1/8" plywood sandwich bonded to a fiber re-enforced foam core, 3 coats of Industrial Formulators epoxy resin followed up with 10 coats of Epifanies Marine varnish. The interior is oak as well.

There is no framing, other than a 1" square tube ladder sub-frame, and around the door.

It weighs in @ 800 lbs. I fabricated almost every thing from scratch, other than some hinges, lights and door lock.

It's been on the road, like that, for 9 months. bought the truck new.

Daily driver, stored outside.
