Richmond, VA		[service tier(s)] qualifying and upgrading

I have the 1.5/384 level of service and want to know if whether i qualify for the 3.0/768 level. How do i find this out?

You call Verizon at 1-800-567-6789 and ask for Billing (yes, Billing) and if the Verizon database says you qualify (and your CO has not reached capacity), they'll upgrade you.
