| [SunRocket] Sunrocket Call Waiting still Messed Up
I am still having problems when I use Sunrocket Call Waiting features. I hit Flash, it switches over to new caller but I lose my other caller if I try to flash back. Am I doing something wrong here? With most other providers hitting flash allows me to switch back and forth between callers without losing anyone. |

What firmware version do you have? Pray for a few days them contact SunRocket's answering and disposal service...

Mine was fixed by the firmware as well. My wife would have told me if it was still happening. That was the biggest thing that pissed her off about the service.

Call Waiting ID has not worked for me. It doesn't show who is calling on the call waiting and the sound signal is ambiguous too.

Mine is the same way. Recent firmware upgrade did not solve this issue. I have done Voiplover's thing, but that didn't fix my issues either. I also get app 10% of all calls cut after app 1 1/2 minutes |
