Hmmm. I don't see what locking the brake is going to do for you. Somebody could drive away with your car quite easily, and crash into a lot of stuff doing it.
but ask your self this question. How far can u get with no brakes??

I could get pretty far. The e-brake will work if I need to stop for something.
