... thanks for the post - I've tried on 3 different occasions to get switched, never with any luck, and only once did I find anyone that had ever HEARD of fastpath ... I have no idea if my area is capable (I believe they are) but here are my stats - do they look okay for fastpath ? ... should I see any improvement in performance if I can EVER get there ? ...

Yep you qualify for fastpath as well. Lower latency results in faster DNS lookups and overall more snappy feeling.
