It's Tennessee's turn now...

Since NY is due income taxes from this guy who lives in TN, then maybe either the guy or TN can sue NY for not providing any services that the taxes are used for. It makes no sense for the Supreme Court not to hear this. This is a clear example provided in the Constitution for the Supreme Court to hear. Maybe this guy needs to file a case fro TN.
