| Did that one with a program called "Total Video Converter".
Actually it's not that great of a conversion, didn't produce very many gif frames.
I've converted that video before here at BBR, but I couldn't find or remember the name of the program I used.
It produced many more frames that were in focus.
TVC seems to use a de-interlace of the captured stream that leaves all of the frames blurry, but the gif has clarity. Makes it a beotch to resize with clarity.
