High ping rates can be the modems, cable in the home, the servers for the games, software, adaware, and other things. I have had a 1 ft. piece of rg-59 poly cable cause high ping rates. Also going through a router that has had the MTU packets changed or also Zone Alarm being misconfigured. You need to be more specific when complaining.
It isn't on my end. Why do you think I included in my review? If it was my computer or my equipment I would have troubleshooted it in mere seconds and had it fixed. I have never had a problem on my end with HSI because I didn't just get on a computer. I have been using a computer for ~11yrs and I have been using HSI since 2000. I know when it is my problem and when it isn't. |
