1 edit		Anybody used Pulaski street lately in Chicago?

WTH is up with the holes there? EVERY street has one. It is like going at 15mph tops. There is a hole in every single street. The streets seemed fine to me a week ago so why all of a sudden did they make a hole on every block? This isn't a few blocks or so. This is miles of blocks on every street.

Anyone know?

Not a surprise but more of a weird thing to do, they purposely went and made a bunch of holes where the crossing path for people is. They looked fine to me like I said before they started digging them.
