Re: Surewest Caps Yeah there are no caps on the 20Mbit service.
I usually use about 40-70GB per day (mostly upload now cause I filled up my 1.7TB raid array).
I have never had any charges or calls about it, and like I said in an eariler post they told me when I upgraded that it was unlimited and they took off the Power User 1 (35GB extra bandwidth) I was paying for on the 10Mbit service.
Edit: About your problem, I would also recommend tring to hook the ethernet directly up to your computer and tweaking your connection for the extra speed. If you are not getting the 20Mbit speed when connected directly then give them a call. They probably messed up something on their end. |
