Packet8 is not using SIP port 5060.

Vonage is using a non-standard SIP port also.

So, if your ISP blocks port 5060/UDP, it would not affect you much if you use Packet8 or Vonage.

I think I read here that vonage uses 10000/UDP now for SIP.
So, if your ISP blocks that port in addition to 5060/UDP, then that might cause vonage to not work..
