Free A/V - not for personal use

I'm working on a project for school where, in a hypothetical situation, we'll need to install an antivirus solution on a housing network consisting of approximately 205 workstations. For this project we are given a budget, and I was hoping to find a free solution that we would be able to use in this type of situation. I've seen the options at »Security »Are there any free anti-virus programs?, but most (if not all) of them are for home/personal use only.

Does anybody know of a free antivirus solution that would work in this environment? Or very cheap?

Any suggestions are appreciated!!!!

Maybe inquire, with various vendors, if any offer discounts for academic institutions?

we're not actually going to purchase anything.... so even though it's for a school project -- in the hypothetical situation I am part of a team that has been contracted to build this network for a housing authority. Does that make sense?

Here is the link to the Windows version.

The problem you will find with any "FREE" Anti-Virus program is that they usually don't do real-time scanning and have to be manually run or scheduled (some don't even scan e-MAIL's). ClamWin will scan outlook mail attachments.
