 Sharing DSL Connection w/2nd DSL Modem?

I need to know if a DSL connection (through SBC) can be shared if someone has a 2nd ADSL modem for the 2nd PC?

One PC is running WinXP Pro, the other Win2k Pro. Not sure if there's software available to share this connection or if ICS can be used.

Or, is there a different hardware setup that needs to be in place to share?

Back home		 You can not put 2 ADSL modems on a single ADSL line. If you do neither will work.

Just use a router. You can get them fairly cheap.
