[Packet8] Please help - VO BPA-410 firmware

For some strange reason, I upgraded the firmware for the BPA-410 that I use with Virtual Office. Unfortunately, the firmware upgrade was for residential service only. Now, of course, my service does not work. How do I restore the original firmware and/or download new firmware that will allow me to resume Virtual Office service? Thank-you for any replies.

Contact P8 tech support. They'll probably have to e-mail you the VO firmware. Once you receive it, please post it here as it could be helpful to others in similar predicaments.

Re: [Packet8] Please help - VO BPA-410 firmware

Agreed. This happens quite often. It would be nice to have the Virtual Office Firmware in one central place so that it may be used by someone else who is in a simular situation.

Perhaps it can also be "unlocked" to use better voice quality codecs (G711.u-law) as the other firmware versions have.

Please upload it once you recieve it Blizzy01!
