| Here's a screenshot of my speedtest.
I'm getting 6.0 speeds right now. I haven't ordered anything, and no one has called me to offer me anything. What's going on? I'm not complaining, I'm just wondering how I got 6.0 (without ordering it) a day before anyone can even order it! |

| reply to Merkator Are you on copper or fiber. I ask because Patty says IFITL/PCDATA is not qualified and Micheal says it is. I'm not sure who thought up using these names for the call center agents in India but its a hoot.
I'm hoping you'll answer fiber (but I doubt it) because if not the corporate offices in Atlanta are going to get an ear full tomorrow! |

| reply to jazzman916 So here's a question that a knowledgeable answer (preferably from a Bellsouth insider) might prove useful for all of us. Come tomorrow, when we ALL try to get this thing, will there be any difference between logging on and looking for the option to upgrade there vs. calling and asking? Do the humans have extra options the online interface doesn't? Basically, I'm just wondering if I should waste my time brushing up on my Punjabi if I don't have the option online.
Thanks! |

| So I just talked to a "technician" using the e-chat, and after asking if I would be eligable for the 6.0, this was his/her reply...
"That was a misprint. The service will not be available till next year, we don't know what month. It was supposed to be released in November but do to compatability issues, we where forced to delay it...."
This was after I even gave her the link HERE, heh.
So I'm at a loss here. Who is telling the truth?

| Dude, these people don't have a freaking clue. All we can do is keep knocking on the door until someone lets us in. All these turkeys are standing behind that door, each one with a different story as to why the door won't open. But we all know the door will open, someone just has to turn the friggin knob! |

ja ne your first mistake was to bother with the "eagent in pakistan". your second mistake was to believe him/her.
